Designed to support discovery and deepen engagement, Oria helps readers navigate content by answering questions, surfacing related stories, and offering contextual information. While adoption is still growing, audience response has been encouraging.<\/span><\/p>\n

There\u2019s no user rejection. Based on our experience with other products, we believe it\u2019ll gradually become part of users\u2019 routines.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Measuring the ROI<\/b><\/h2>\n

When asked about return on investment, Chus doesn\u2019t hesitate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Productivity-wise, no doubt. It\u2019s a significant improvement in our editors\u2019 productivity and effectiveness.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

But the bigger surprise? AI hasn\u2019t just made the newsroom more efficient, it\u2019s also elevated audience engagement.<\/span><\/p>\n

With news summaries\u2026 engagement is very positive. And in terms of brand image too \u2014 thanks to AI, we\u2019ve managed to take a step forward in our market and present ourselves as an innovative outlet.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That reputational lift carries real weight, especially for younger, digital-first publishers competing for attention in an increasingly saturated media landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n
