Bridged is the event growth platform for the AI era, and it runs on top of the systems an organiser already has, rather than replacing them.
That single design choice is what makes the integration list below possible: Bridged reads and writes data through the tools event teams are already running, so a workflow can go live without a migration project attached to it.
The newest addition to that list is Grip.
Bridged and Grip: what’s connected today

Grip has launched its own MCP server, and Bridged is the first event technology platform to connect with it.
An MCP, short for Model Context Protocol, is a standard interface that lets an external platform like Bridged read data from a system like Grip without a custom-built connection for every single pairing. Instead of engineering a one-off integration, Bridged connects through the same standard doorway any compatible AI tool can use.
In practice, that means joint Bridged and Grip customers can now manage and query their Grip event setup directly through Bridged. This connection is new and still developing. If you’re already running events on Grip and want to know what’s possible today, get in touch.
Marketing and CRM integrations
Every Activation workflow starts with knowing who Bridged is talking to, which is why CRM and marketing automation integrations are the most requested category.

Salesforce and HubSpot are the two most common integrations Bridged customers ask for. Bridged reads contact and lead profiles to power Activation and broadcasting, and writes qualified leads and conversation outcomes back, so nothing needs re-entering by hand and nothing gets lost between systems.
Eloqua supports the same read-and-write pattern for teams running Oracle’s marketing automation platform.
Marketo works differently by design: Bridged does not send emails through Marketo. It writes a personalised content field to each contact, and the organiser’s own team keeps full control of scheduling and delivery through their existing Marketo templates.
Messaging and conversation integrations
Data only creates value once it reaches someone as a message, which is why Bridged connects to the channels event teams already use to talk to attendees, leads and sponsors.

WhatsApp Business API powers broadcast and two-way conversational workflows at scale, covering Activation campaigns through to live qualification conversations.
Twilio extends the same messaging logic to SMS, supporting order confirmations, reminders and two-way support conversations.
Salesforce Messaging brings Bridged into in-app and web chat, so a workflow can proactively engage a website visitor and hand off to a human agent without breaking the conversation.
Email, through Microsoft 365, standard IMAP/SMTP, Freshdesk or Mailchimp, remains the widest-reaching channel: for Activation sends, for reading engagement history that informs qualification, and for keeping CRM records in sync with what’s actually landing in an inbox.
Beyond marketing, CRM and messaging
The integrations above are the most requested, but not the full list. Bridged also connects across event experience, identity and registration, and commercial and sponsorship systems, through direct integrations, APIs, webhooks and connector-based workflows. If a tool isn’t mentioned here, it doesn’t mean it isn’t supported.

Frequently asked questions
What is Grip’s MCP?
Grip’s MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard interface that lets external platforms, including Bridged, read data from a Grip event without a custom-built connection. Bridged is the first event technology platform to connect to it, giving joint customers a way to manage and query their Grip event setup directly through Bridged.
Does Bridged replace my CRM or registration platform?
No. Bridged is a growth layer, not a replacement platform. It’s built to run on top of the CRM, registration, messaging and sponsor tools an organiser already uses, reading and writing data where needed rather than requiring a migration.
Which CRMs does Bridged integrate with?
Bridged connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua and Marketo, the four most requested CRM and marketing automation platforms among Bridged customers. Each supports reading contact data for Activation and Acquisition workflows, with most also supporting writing qualified leads and outcomes back.
Can Bridged send messages through WhatsApp and SMS?
Yes. Bridged connects to WhatsApp Business API for broadcast and conversational messaging, and to Twilio for SMS, alongside Salesforce Messaging for web and in-app chat and email through Microsoft 365, IMAP/SMTP, Freshdesk or Mailchimp.
What if the tool my team uses isn’t listed?
Share the system, the workflow it needs to support, and the data that needs to be read, written or synced. Bridged will confirm whether the integration is already available, can be configured, or needs product validation.
